Being a teenager is hard.  Teenagers have to deal with school, family life, friends, and sometimes jobs.  Sometimes they just need a place to relax and let go of the stress. And what better way to deal with the stresses in life than to kick and punch with other people their age?  Ohana Martial Arts Academy is a safe place with a teen-specific class. A place to be yourself. A place to make friends. A place to leave the world behind.

Our OMAA teen class offers the chance to learn life lessons while also improving physical abilities. In class, we will talk about everything from citizenship to self-control.  We talk about the real challenges your teen faces in life - from the realities of drug use they may have already seen among their peers, to learning to set clear boundaries to stay safe.  We will also work hard and sweat. After all, each class should include learning, sweating, and of course, laughter.
