Ohana Martial Arts Academy, also known as Ohana International Black Belt Academy, is part of the United Martial Arts Alliance International. With local Kenpo and Jiu Jitsu schools in Greeley, Fort Collins, Lafayette, Loveland, and Johnstone, these programs have been servicing Colorado families for nearly 30 years. Our affiliates’ impact extends far beyond Colorado, with schools in Connecticut, New York, Arizona, New Mexico, and even Scotland. We teach a modern and practical self-defense style known as International Kenpo Karate Jujitsu. This martial art form is based on Senior Grandmaster Edmond K Parker's American Kenpo, and was developed into International Kenpo Karate Jujitsu by Professor Robert Austin.
We also teach Kamishin Ryu Jujitsu, a non-classical style that’s rich in classical Japanese tradition. Kamishin Ryu brings a rich Aiki-Jutsu style to our jiu jitsu schools. It was inherited by Soke Don Phillip from Al Church Jr after his passing.
