35+ years of dedicated martial arts experience across multiple disciplines. Brings patience, expertise, and a deep understanding of traditional martial arts principles to every class.
Sensei Carissa and Sensei Neil are married with four daughters and one granddaughter, all active in martial arts. Ohana truly is family.
